A path to become an IGNIT3 coach
You coach inside the IGNIT3 organization as an independent (1099) contractor, using our systems, our standards, and the leads and clients we assign you. Because we provide your clients, this is an exclusive working relationship: while you coach with IGNIT3 you do not run your own online coaching business or work with other online coaching companies.
A course to build your own brand

ICC-1 Certificate
The IGNIT3 Coach Certification Level 1 (ICC-1) is the credential that grants you entry into the Growth Accelerator Program. It's a one-time fee that unlocks your 90-day evaluation, training, and full coaching team access. Complete the coursework and the ICC-1 is yours to keep. It also carries continuing education units (CEUs).

The community, mentorship, and operational ecosystem you enter for 90 days after purchasing the ICC-1. Where you train, build, get evaluated, and earn the path to becoming a full IGNIT3-branded coach.
Do you qualify?
We don't bring on everyone. This path is for coaches who can honestly check every box below.
- You hold a current fitness certification, an expired one within the last 10 years, an exercise-related degree, or you're actively enrolled in a CPT program
- You want to coach with an established company, not build your own brand right now
- You're ready to work exclusively with IGNIT3 during the engagement: no other online coaching companies, no separate online coaching business of your own
- You can commit roughly 10 to 15 hours per week for the full 90 days
- You'll attend the onboarding seminar and complete the coursework

Am I building my own business, or coaching for IGNIT3?
You're coaching for IGNIT3. This is a path to become an IGNIT3-branded coach inside our organization, as an independent 1099 contractor using our systems and the clients we assign. It is not a program to build your own independent brand. If that's your goal, that's OFC Coach Academy, where you keep 100% of your revenue.
Can I keep my own clients or work with other companies?
No. This is an exclusive working relationship. Because IGNIT3 provides your leads and clients, while you coach with us you don't run your own online coaching business or work with other online coaching companies. Do I need experience to qualify?
You must hold a current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, NCCPT, NCSF, or equivalent), have an expired certification within the last 10 years, hold an exercise-related degree, or be actively enrolled in a CPT program. Coaching experience is not required, but you must have foundational credentials.
What exactly does my $699 get me?
Your $699 guarantees the full coursework, your ICC-1 credential once you complete it (which carries CEUs), and 90 days of mentorship, ending in an evaluation for fit. What it does not guarantee is the coach role itself. You keep the ICC-1 and everything you learn regardless of the outcome. Advancement to an IGNIT3-branded coach is earned through performance.
How does the 90-day evaluation work?
After you enroll, you attend the onboarding seminar and enter the Growth Accelerator Program for 90 days. You complete the coursework, receive mentorship, get assigned leads based on demonstrated readiness, and undergo weekly performance reviews. At the day-90 evaluation we assess fit. Top performers earn IGNIT3-branded coach status and continue inside the organization. Not everyone advances, and that is by design.
Are leads included?
Yes, but not from day one. Leads are assigned during your 90-day evaluation based on availability and performance. Client placement begins as you demonstrate readiness. Lead distribution prioritizes coaches who are actively engaged with their assigned clients.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds. On purchase you get immediate access to proprietary IGNIT3 systems, coursework, and sensitive materials, so the sale cannot be reversed. You have the full 90 days to complete the coursework and work toward becoming an IGNIT3 coach.
Is there a recurring subscription, and can I pay monthly?
No recurring subscription. The ICC-1 Certificate is a one-time fee of $699 that grants you 90 days of full Growth Accelerator Program access. Monthly payment options are available through Affirm and Klarna at checkout.
