A path to become an IGNIT3 coach
You coach inside the IGNIT3 organization as an independent (1099) contractor, using our systems, our standards, and the leads and clients we provide. IGNIT3 leads and clients stay with IGNIT3: you do not move them to another business, and our systems and materials stay confidential.
A course to build your own brand
This is not a program for building an independent coaching business under your own name. If your goal is to grow your own brand and keep 100% of your revenue, this is not your fit. That is OFC Coach Academy, built for exactly that.

Every IGNIT3 coach holds ICC-1.
One requirement. We cover it.
To coach under the IGNIT3 name you need the IGNIT3 Certified Coach, Level 1 credential. A current fitness certification or an exercise-related degree is preferred, but not required.
There are two ways to earn ICC-1, and both end in the same credential.
Certify first, then apply
Take the five ICC-1 courses on your own through the course library, earn the credential, and apply to the Growth Accelerator already holding it. Tell us at enrollment and we credit what you paid.

Enroll without it. The five courses are built into the Growth Accelerator, so you complete them in Phase 01, pass the exams, and the credential is issued in your name automatically. Roughly 3.3 continuing education credits.
Browse the course libraryYou keep it either way. Whether you advance to an IGNIT3-branded coach or not, the certification is yours. It does not expire and there is no renewal fee.

We do not bring on everyone. This path is for coaches who can honestly check every box below.

- You can commit roughly 10 to 15 hours per week for the full 90 days
- You will attend the onboarding seminar, complete the coursework, and pass the Coach Readiness Exam

Yes, with one line we don't cross. Clients you bring in through your own network are yours, and you keep working with them even if you leave. What you can't do is move IGNIT3 leads or clients to another business, or use our systems and materials outside IGNIT3. No. A fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, NCCPT, NCSF, or equivalent) or an exercise-related degree is preferred, but not required, and coaching experience is not required. What every IGNIT3 coach does need is ICC-1, which is included in the Growth Accelerator.
$905 of certification coursework, the ICC-1 credential once you complete it, and 90 days of mentorship and systems access ending in an evaluation for fit. What it does not guarantee is the coach role itself. You keep the ICC-1 and everything you learn regardless of the outcome. Advancement is earned through performance.

Once both are done, our team calls and texts IGNIT3 leads and books discovery calls onto your calendar, based on availability and how actively you are working the clients you already have.
All sales are final. On purchase you get immediate access to proprietary IGNIT3 systems, coursework, and sensitive materials, so the sale cannot be reversed. You have the full 90 days to complete the coursework and work toward the roster, and the certification is yours to keep either way.
