A path to become an IGNIT3 coach
You coach inside the IGNIT3 organization as an independent (1099) contractor, using our systems, our standards, and the leads and clients we assign you. Because we provide your clients, this is an exclusive working relationship: while you coach with IGNIT3 you do not run your own online coaching business or work with other online coaching companies.
A course to build your own brand
This is not a program for building an independent coaching business under your own name. If your goal is to grow your own brand and keep 100% of your revenue, this is not your fit. That is OFC Coach Academy, built for exactly that.

Every IGNIT3 coach holds ICC-1.
Two prerequisites. One of them we cover.
To coach under the IGNIT3 name you need two things. First, a current fitness certification, one that expired within the last 10 years, an exercise-related degree, or active enrollment in a CPT program. Second, the IGNIT3 Certified Coach, Level 1 credential. Neither is optional.
There are two ways to satisfy the second one, and both end in the same credential.
Certify first, then apply
Take the five ICC-1 courses on your own through the course library, earn the credential, and apply to the Growth Accelerator already holding it. Tell us at enrollment and we credit what you paid.

Enroll without it. The five courses are built into the Growth Accelerator, so you complete them in Phase 01, pass the exams, and the credential is issued in your name automatically. Roughly 3.3 continuing education credits.
Browse the course libraryYou keep it either way. Whether you advance to an IGNIT3-branded coach or not, the certification is yours. It does not expire and there is no renewal fee.
Do you qualify?
We do not bring on everyone. This path is for coaches who can honestly check every box below.
- You hold a current fitness certification, an expired one within the last 10 years, an exercise-related degree, or you are actively enrolled in a CPT program
- You want to coach with an established company, not build your own brand right now
- You are ready to work exclusively with IGNIT3 during the engagement: no other online coaching companies, no separate online coaching business of your own
- You can commit roughly 10 to 15 hours per week for the full 90 days
- You will attend the onboarding seminar, complete the coursework, and pass the Coach Readiness Exam

You must hold a current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, NCCPT, NCSF, or equivalent), have an expired certification within the last 10 years, hold an exercise-related degree, or be actively enrolled in a CPT program. Coaching experience is not required, but the foundational credential is.
$905 of certification coursework, the ICC-1 credential once you complete it, and 90 days of mentorship and systems access ending in an evaluation for fit. What it does not guarantee is the coach role itself. You keep the ICC-1 and everything you learn regardless of the outcome. Advancement is earned through performance.
After you pass the Coach Readiness Exam, which covers IGNIT3 operations, systems, and standards. That exam is the gate, not the certification. Once you clear it, leads are assigned based on availability and how actively you are working the clients you already have.
All sales are final. On purchase you get immediate access to proprietary IGNIT3 systems, coursework, and sensitive materials, so the sale cannot be reversed. You have the full 90 days to complete the coursework and work toward the roster, and the certification is yours to keep either way.
